Okay, so you may not wanna colour in the Adventures of Scooby-Doo anymore. (Who am I kidding? I have a Scooby Doo colouring book on my shelf right now!) But there are so many options that you can download, print, or even hit up the good ol’ dollar store and score some cheap books and crayons or any other utensil you decide to colour with!

Why am I telling you this? Colouring is the new way to destress! While you’re winding down at the end of the day while you are taking in some intense Grey’s Anatomy (OMG THAT TUMOUR WAS EVERYWHERE!) studies have proven that colouring can help clear your head, pass time, and can lower anxiety, stabilize mood, increase attention span and serve as a sleep aid.

So steal your kids Dora the Explorer book, tear out a page and do with it what you please!
