The Brewdog offers paid "PAW-ternity" leave to pet parents!!!!

What a pawesome perk!

Are you a dog mom or dog dad? I have two fur babies at home who I love with all my heart, but lets face it, they do require constant attention and care. Which is why the Brewdog offers their employees a paid “paw-ternity” leave if they are dog owners or have recently rescued a pup!

The bar in Scotland got their start with two guys and a dog, which is why they have a soft spot for animal lovers and owners. They have approximately 1000 employees working for them across the globe, who will now be privy to a PAID WEEK OFF WORK if they become dog owners!

The “paw-ternity” leave revolution actually started in the UK, so they figured why not jump on the puppy band wagon and give it a try. Just like a little human, dogs can get expensive to look after. According to a recent survey done by the American Pet Products Association, Americans spend more than 60 BILLION DOLLARS each year on their pets, which is probably not far off for Canadians either. What can we say…We really love our fur babies!!
