The Mysterious Edmonton Phone Booth

This past week, a phone booth magically appeared on the third story balcony of the Phipps-McKinnon building downtown!

Why is it there? Who put it there?

Even local news is after the answers!!!

So its on top of the Accenture building. They claim its been in use for years but it had to be moved recently due to renos!!!
