Surprise!

Calvin Harris has released yet another new track and it features some A-list artists, Ariana Grande, Pharrell Williams and rapper Young Thug.

The new track comes just a few weeks after the release of his latest single, ‘Slide’ which features Frank Ocean and Migos.

Singer-songwriter Starrah provides backing vocals on ‘Heatstroke’; she’s co-written and appeared on songs such as Rihanna’s ‘Needed Me’, Jeremih’s ‘Pass Dat (Remix)’ and Belly’s ‘It’s All Love’

A new release shouldn’t come as much of a surprise as Calvin did reveal back in September that he wouldn’t be making any more albums and would just release singles, “when they are ready”.

A source told UK’s The Sun, “Calvin has always been a forward-thinker and believes just releasing singles is the way forward…Albums don’t sell how they used to and artists are now seeing streaming as the future. Albums are time-consuming and limit artists to cycles rather than having a persistent presence in the charts.”
