As it turns out, Clean Bandit and Demi Lovato’s amazing track ‘Solo’ is the most Shazamed song of 20181

 

It was also a huge year for Ed Sheeran.  As Billboard explains, “‘Perfect’ was the fifth most-Shazamed song and the longest running No. 1 song in Shazam’s global charts this year, topping the tally for nine weeks.  It was also the most-shared song worldwide after being Shazamed and was pop’s most-Shazamed song.  Sheeran is also the only artist from 2017 to hit the No. 1 spot in the same genre twice.”  Also on the most-Shazamed list, songs from Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, Cardi B and Marshmello with Anne-Marie.
