With Finneas on the piano and Billie Eilish sitting on the steps of a beautiful theatre, together, they performed ‘No Time to Die’ on The Tonight Show.

Prior to their performance, Billie and Finneas chatted with host, Jimmy Fallon.  Of course, they dished on what it was like to record a James Bond theme song,
“I don’t know when it was real, but I do know, for many years, we’ve wanted to write a Bond song, not even [that] we thought we could. It was more like a fantasy, like a complete fantasy, like, ‘How cool would it be to do this?’”  Billie explains.

Billie then adds, “We kind of started with making a melody that we knew was really solid before we tried any lyrics out. But we did definitely, before we had written anything, go… we knew how important it was to have the title of the movie in the song and have the song be called that because it wouldn’t have been satisfying otherwise.”

Billie and Finneas then shared, “It was a complete fantasy, like, ‘how cool would it be to do this? It was very insane to us.  It was a couple of months of disbelief.”

In additional, Billie announced a global livestream concert.  Back in March when the COVID-19 pandemic began to spread, Billie was forced to postpone her world tour.  Although it’s still not safe for Billie or any artist for that matter to tour, this will have to do for now.  Where Do We Go?’ The Livestream will air live on October 24 from L.A.

‘No Time to Die’ starring Daniel Craig was set to hit theatres next month however, the film has been since postponed until April 2, 2021.
