Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, you pick!)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt

1. Make the dough: Beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in the eggs. Sift the dry ingredients together, then add to the wet mixture. *You can mix by hand or using a mixer.
2. Roll into balls: Chill the dough to make it easier to work with (approx. 40 mins). Roll the dough into balls, place on a baking sheet, flatten with a fork to make a criss cross pattern.
3. Bake the cookies: Bake the cookies until golden, then cool on a wire rack.
